Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted for in-stock items only.
    • Custom-made items, personalised products, opened items, and items returned without original packaging are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Return Timeline:
    • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Return Conditions:
    • Items must be returned in original and unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
    • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective items.
  4. Approval Process:
    • All return requests must be approved in advance. Please email info@shoshakamal.com with your order number, the items to be returned, and the reason for return.
  5. Refund Process:
    • Once your return is approved and received in its original condition, a refund will be issued in the same payment method.
    • For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds may take up to 10 working days.
    • For credit card payments, refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
  6. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Items returned after 7 days, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
